The Political Jurisprudence of Paul W. Kahn

Abstract This article presents an account of the work American constitutional law scholar, Paul W. Kahn, by situating it within a European tradition political jurisprudence. After introducing certain basic features this school jurisprudence, proceeds to examine and evaluate Kahn’s relating political, state, sovereignty, collective identity constitution framework that distinctive worldview.
